Set to today when you open the app. It shows on both PDFs and on the client link, and it is kept when you save or load a proposal. You can change it.
The rate is only guaranteed booking by this date. After it, rates and availability may change. It shows highlighted on the PDF.
Pick one from the dropdown — two sets: for the client and for the travel agent — or write your own. It shines on the cover of the PDF, over the photo, on both versions. If you leave it empty, it reads "Casa de Campo® Resort & Villas".
Travellers
Accommodation
Add one line per room or villa type. Type the name and the net rate per night — exactly as it reads on your rate sheet.
The board appears on the proposal next to the accommodation. If it has a price (e.g. All-Inclusive supplement per person/night), add it as a line in step 4.
Services & Extras — your rates
Every line works like your Notion sheet: net price × quantity × quantity. A line at $0 shows as "Included". Tap a suggestion or add a blank line.

Optional. Type the NET price per person by guest type — for the whole stay. Pick a markup and each row shows the client price. Empty rows are hidden.

Payment & Cancellation
Auto-filled from the arrival date: 14 days before arrival — or 45 days for festive stays touching 21 Dec – 4 Jan (2026/27 and 2027/28). You can change it; it shows highlighted on the PDF.
